I am using the Kanban view in Helpdesk. By default, it appears to sort the higher "priority" items to the top, which I want. But I am also using an automation that adds a "color" to each ticket. I have figured out how to use default_order="color" in order to change the order, but it breaks the priority sort.
Can I first sort by "color" and then within each color sort by "priority"?
